Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. St. Clair County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms apply to information submitted through its tool.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
