Nature of This Website

This private reference site points readers toward St. Clair County jail and release resources, Missouri corrections systems, court sources, and outside research tools. It is not an official record repository and has no authority over a custody or court matter.

We do not store official jail, release, inmate, supervision, or court records. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, change a public record, or file a request or court document for a visitor. Missouri public-record access remains governed by the responsible custodian and applicable law, including Chapter 610.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other people and the service. You agree that you will not:

• Break any local, state, or federal law while using the site
• Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person
• Base a credit, employment, housing, tenant, lending, or insurance decision on site content

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

St. Clair County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare credit reports, consumer reports, background checks, or screening products. Search and advertising partners do not provide such reports through this site. By using the site, you agree not to use its content or linked search results for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility when regulated by the FCRA
• Any other decision governed by the FCRA

Government records linked from the site remain subject to the rights and rules of their issuing offices.
